Heat Sales Specialist

We're seeking a Heat Sales Specialist in the Marine Industry to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you'll thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace based on care and empowerment.
Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling related products of Heating & Safety Solutions in Business Unit HGS. You'll be active in the market, making visits, meetings and interactions with existing customers, understanding their needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.
You'll develop value quotes reflecting customer needs, stressing unique selling points and follow up on leads. Additionally, you'll utilize CRM tools and other software to support the sales process and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines
- Make regular visits and interactions with existing customers
- Develop value quotes and follow up on leads
- Utilize CRM tools and other software to support the sales process
A successful candidate will have:
- University education in marine engineering or marine knowledge related
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good PC skills
- 5+ years working experience in marine-related areas
- Independent and situational thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good contacts and relationships with customers
- Technical and commercial understanding
- Cross-cultural awareness
