Job Description:

You will be working as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist in China, partnering with indirect sales channels to drive high-quality sales results. You will collaborate with regional sales teams and factory supply chains to ensure overall order processes are compliant and targets are achieved, driving channel business growth in China.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales data analysis, providing daily sales figure updates with variable revenue reporting and forecasting; support regional sales figures fulfillment; analyze figure changing reasons and identify risk mitigation action plans.
  • Communicate customer request delivery arrangements with dealers, driving periodical target achievement, and providing on-time channel dealer performance status and relative analysis.
  • Engage in dealer contract management processes, ensuring review and approval processes meet internal risk control requirements, coordinating with customers and sales teams, and managing orders and contracts effectively.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, identifying potential problems and initiating actions to resolve using professional commercial concepts, company policies, and procedures while remaining customer-oriented.
  • Perform other urgent tasks assigned by management.

What We Look For:

We seek candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a commercial background;
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales order management processes with strong commercial sense in multi-national companies, preferably with finance knowledge;
  • Good data understanding and solid data analysis skills, with experience in Salesforce and SAP expected;
  • Excellent communication skills, open collaboration, dedication, and a strong willingness to work under pressure;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Python skills, and English reading and oral skills preferred;

Benefits:

Johnson Controls offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Location: This role is based in China, with regular travel required to visit regional sales teams and factories.
