Internal Sales Specialist

As an Internal Sales Specialist at Bruker, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities for accessories, software, modules, and upgrade items by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers. Your primary goal is to interest and qualify leads for sales, utilizing your keen understanding of BNS products technology and ability to serve as a consultant sales representative.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and create customer needs and expectations, providing relevant solutions.
- Analyze, prospect, and build an accessory sales funnel for sales managers via visits, calling, email communication, and direct marketing methods.
- Sell consumable parts and close small deals, upgrading existing relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell new functions and module upgrades.
- Manage customer databases, updating contact information and technical specifications.
- Revisit existing customers, gathering sales data and insights.
- Collaborate with agents on probe promotion and technical support.
- Host roadshows and seminars to promote new functionalities.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, driving market activities toward objectives.
- Nurture leads, qualifying them to support sales managers.
- A research background, preferably with AFM experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentation and learning capabilities.
- Fluency in English, office software proficiency, and basic international trade knowledge.
- Judgment in selecting solutions and networks with senior personnel.
- Professional with expertise in area of specialization, resolving issues creatively.
- PhD degree with 3 years' AFM-related research or technical support experience.
- Good writing and speaking skills in English.
