About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic internal communication plans that support company goals and objectives. This includes overseeing the management of internal communication channels, driving branding initiatives, and crafting compelling internal messages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans to support company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, and AHM.
  • Drive branding initiatives to ensure consistent representation and promotion of the company's brand internally.
  • Craft compelling internal messages and communication materials that resonate with corporate messaging.
  • Support senior executives' communication to employees, including email communication, speeches, and AHM presentations.
  • Provide advice and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee communication and engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of direct experience in corporate or internal/employee communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, as well as executive ability.
  • Good command of English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, responsibility, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
