Your Role

As an Innovation Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging AI tools in content development and visual design. You will also assist in identifying and engaging with key media outlets and journalists, support in building and maintaining media lists and relationships, contribute to the creation of press releases, news articles, and media pitches, ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with our brand voice, support the development of thought leadership content, including blog posts, and keynote storyline, collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute content ideas, assist in managing and creating content for our social media channels, help track social media engagement and analyze performance metrics, provide support in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and press conferences, and assist in drafting event communications and materials.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be fluent in English, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media (especially LinkedIn), AI tools (ChatGPT, visual design, etc) is a plus. You should also be a faster learner, have a team spirit, be highly motivated, able to take initiative and work with carefulness, have good ability at independent working and problem-solving, and a track record of leading cross-functional, virtual teams in a matrix environment.
