Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our sustainability strategy, assessing environmental and social impact, and supporting partners and customers in developing their sustainability roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with divisional targets and group core values.
  • Analyze the company's and customer's environmental and social impact, identifying areas for improvement and setting measurable targets.
  • Provide consultancy services to partners and customers on developing and improving their sustainability roadmaps.
  • Embed sustainability principles throughout our customers' business strategies, driving new revenue streams and positive change towards a more diversified business.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to develop sales enablement tools promoting low and zero-carbon solutions.
  • Map national key contractors and players involved in sustainable solution use and application.
  • Periodically report sustainability results, including footprint, carbon emission, and product portfolio outcomes.
Requirements
  • University degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • More than 5 years' experience in technology, marketing, and/or sales in compressor construction engineering industries.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills, including PPT, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
