Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sustainability efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental and energy technology, international business administration, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for sustainable projects, and developing strategies to drive business growth. They will work closely with various departments to promote sustainability practices and ensure that our company's culture and values are reflected in all aspects of our business.

The position requires a strong understanding of international trade rules and carbon market policies, as well as experience in project management, digitalization, and cross-functional communication. Excellent written and communication skills are essential, with the ability to write high-quality promotional materials and policy analysis reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Completed studies in environmental and/or energy technology, international business administration, industrial engineering, or a related equivalent.
  • Personality and working method: Communicative and assertive, conceptual analytic, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, independent, responsible and structured. Strong team collaboration and stress resistance skills, able to maintain efficient work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience and expertise: Experience in sustainability processes and CO2 assessments, project management, digitalization, cross-function communication. Familiar with international trade rules and carbon market policies, with relevant background or experience preferred.
  • Languages: Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Strong written and communication skills, able to write high-quality promotional materials and policy analysis reports.

Benefits:
