At Coca Cola, we are seeking a skilled Transformation Strategist to lead our Operational Excellence efforts in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Transformation Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing lean strategies to support factory transformation and 5-year master plan. This includes driving continuous improvement culture, engaging associates in improvement initiatives, and utilizing lean tools to identify E2E pain points and bottlenecks.

You will also track and analyze production data to identify deviations and root causes, provide solutions to improve product quality and production efficiency, and lead in proactively identifying and executing improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will continuously improve production metrics, empower business transformation by promoting lean capability building, and establish and implement pillar step master plans and capability training plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnering and Engagement Leadership: Manage customer expectations, ensure execution of Operational Excellence programs, work closely with CPS Shanghai Plant LT/FLT and CPS global OE team, maintain linkages with Center OE and global OE team members, provide internal consulting and services on all matters relating to Operational Excellence, and support improvement activities in the Lighthouse consistent with the OE Framework.
  2. Governance, Strategy and Program Management: Ensure CPS Shanghai Plant complies with agreed OE standards, define and implement a robust CPS Shanghai Plant assessment plan, ensure discipline in the application of OE systems, tools, and techniques, develop, communicate, and implement OE strategies and programs, refine strategies, programs, or approach as appropriate, develop annual business plans, and develop and implement standard processes throughout CPS Shanghai Plant.
  3. Capability Development: Coach and train CPS Shanghai Plant associates on OE principles, systems, tools, and methodologies, identify CPS Shanghai Plant capability gaps relating to OE, make training plans to close those gaps, support to develop CPS Shanghai Plant OE & digital transformation agents, develop and deliver sustainable and comprehensive OE trainings, and provide direct and indirect reports with leadership, direction, and coaching.
  4. Performance Management: Develop metrics that show the value that Operational Excellence delivers, drive the right behaviors, establish performance management routines to drive improvements, communicate to teams on OE plans, progress, and ongoing activities, improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency by establishing cross-functional objectives, metrics, and timelines, and benchmark with other Lean companies.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Transformation Strategist with a strong background in Lean/Operational Excellence. You should have:

  • 5-10+ years Food and/or manufacturing integrated environment work experience; with a minimum 3-5 years in leading Lean/Operational Excellence experience.
  • Project Management certification / experience (in multi-cultural setting preferred).
  • Strong Lean-driven Operational Excellence knowledge with proven practical experience in the use and application of lean principles and tools.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Manufacturing knowledge.
  • Finance Skills.
  • Technically-savvy with good working knowledge of computer applications and information systems.
  • Solid TPM organizing and implementing experiences.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
