Senior Sales Specialist

About the Role:
This Senior Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strategic client plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAE software and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and strategic client plans to establish sales channels.
- Conduct daily sales visits, client visits, opportunity forecasting, and business negotiations.
- Thoroughly understand the features and advantages of Altair software (such as HyperWorks, PBSWorks, and Inspire) and convey software value and solutions to clients, achieving sales targets.
- Build long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
- Work closely with channel partners to expand and seek out potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal application engineers to obtain product technical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Develop and achieve regional strategic client sales plans and sales targets.
- Perform daily sales activities, client visits, client management, and business negotiations.
- Work with partners to manage clients and find and expand sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and technical department to promote products.
- Have excellent communication and expression skills, with active thinking.
- Have a positive attitude and strong learning ability, with strong teamwork collaboration skills.
- Have excellent organizational coordination skills.
- Be able to independently complete sales contracts and undertake business trips.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above: mechanical, mechanical engineering, vehicle, electronics, and other engineering majors are preferred.
- 3 years or more of CAE software sales experience.
