Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the assigned area. Your primary focus will be on SMF Products (LED/LPE/Other-SMF) sales and TPP business capture to reinforce the total solution offering. You will build customer allegiance in assigned areas to serve customers and promote customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect marketing information from frontline and feedback to managers or marketing teams.
  • Define and implement strategic sales initiatives consistent with business goals and profitability objectives.
  • Prospect for new business and leads generation continually to build a pipeline to support future business growth.
  • Use tools like forecasting and effectively manage projects.
  • Pipeline management, FCST & Order management, AR/BDR collection & DAR control to improve the margin.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing efforts with internal and external partners to drive business expansion.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above major in Life Sciences, a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Has proven record of good sales performance in life science.
  • Strong abilities on business development and key account management.
