Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Axalta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the NEV market, including identifying strategic development opportunities for NEV driven motors and related applications.
  • Originate value-creating opportunities on emerging innovative NEV industry needs.
  • Generate thorough perception and industry insight of the NEV value chain, coordinate with the NEV KAM to establish a network covering OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 across China.
  • Coordinate with Marketing colleagues to maintain market intelligence and advise on evolving trends in the commercial, economic, and public policy environment where NEV business operates and their implications on our business strategy.
  • Related activities of the dairy industries and competitions and advise the business on changes in trends and competitive landscape.
  • Execute business projects and monitor project progress timely and effectively.
  • Carry out short-term sales plans and long-term development strategies for the NEV business.
  • Evaluate and lead the development/implementation of appropriate innovations initiatives.
  • Work with product managers and technical services to identify opportunities and potential customer needs, providing professional suggestions on R&D projects.
  • Ensure timely payment of each account (AR).
  • Provide timely updates to management, including project pipeline updates, working schedules, and customer call reports via SFDC/e-Mail.
  • Coordinate with Quality managers to handle customer quality complaints, work with TS, PM, and GBT to provide troubleshooting solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage existing distributors and develop effective professional distribution networks.
