Enterprise Sales Operations Specialist

As an Enterprise Sales Operations Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to drive business growth and success. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare detailed quotations for customers based on their requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure seamless sales order processing, contract administration, and data maintenance.
- Process high volumes of part orders and service requests efficiently, including regular follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain accurate data records, including ISB status, end-user information, ship-to, and bill-to details in QAD.
- Perform data entry, document filing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order shipment and revenue execution.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in field service or sales operations.
- Strong understanding of incoterms and service contract reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Moderate IT skills, including Microsoft packages and ERP system experience.
- Fluency in both written and oral English.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong team orientation and customer focus.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
