Key Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping the Sales initiatives aimed at achieving both strategic and financial goals for the Sales Team.

  • Develop and manage reporting systems and standard operating procedures (SOP) for sales-related functions, including Sales Performance metrics, Funnel Analysis, and Booking & Shipment Forecasting. Focus on enhancing reporting tools and refining review processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership on the annual sales compensation framework, overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly calculations of sales incentives.
  • Assist in the allocation of annual Sales Targets.
  • Engage in pricing strategies alongside Finance teams, which involves reviewing standard pricing, updating the Special Price Request process, and monitoring profit margins to ensure alignment with profitability goals.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to formulate pricing strategies and lead post-booking evaluations.
  • Support sales bidding and tender processes, including preparation, pricing proposals, submission, contract approvals, and management.
  • Oversee the maintenance and loading of pricing information in SAP.
  • Manage CRM administration and enhancements, serving as the primary contact for CRM-related issues, organizing training for the sales team, and developing insightful dashboards.
  • Document standard operating procedures related to sales order management.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A recognized degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Service Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance, preferably within the Medical Device or Healthcare sectors.
  • Proven experience in sales and pricing analysis.
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Korean is advantageous.
