We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading provider of enterprise software solutions and contribute to our success in the rapidly evolving cloud computing landscape. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the market
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for our sales initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and preferences and identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform our sales strategies
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud technologies and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
