Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Investigate and identify market opportunities in new energy battery/Industrial manufacturing sector leveraging Watts current and future product portfolio;
• Plan and execute demand-creation activities with key end users, design institute and consultants to drive Watts brand spec-in;
• Develop key accounts and new distribution channels;
•Build project pipeline in new energy battery/ Industrial manufacturing sector,
• Achieve sales and customer development target;
• Support marketing team on marketing intelligence & VOC collection
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bechelor or master degree with mechanical/Electrical, refrigeration, plumbing/HVAC background preferred.
• >5 years' commercial experience in sales or business development in project sales industry.
・>3 years' business development experience serving new energy battery or industrial manufacturing sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, can work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and proactive, and passionate.
•Responsible, reliable and a strong team player.
