Job Purpose

This role is designed to collaborate with HR teams to bring HR expertise to the SHP management team and employees, leveraging company resources to translate business priorities and people strategy into HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support HR Manager in communicating and executing HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with HR Manager to engage with employees, collect feedback, and suggestions to improve employee experience and satisfaction.
  3. Support HR Manager in understanding business priorities, developing manpower planning, and talent development plans, leveraging company resources to deliver HR solutions.
  4. Monitor HR data and reports, analyze data, and provide suggestions for optimization.
  5. Tackle employee-related issues, consulting SABIC legal and local labor administration to ensure solutions align with key stakeholders.
  6. Be responsible for the hiring and exit process.
  7. Support the Talent Review Process (TRP).
  8. Regularly refresh employees with updates on employee benefits schemes.
  9. Develop annual training plans with site managers, monitor, and ensure effective execution, as per site ISO and OMS requirements.
  10. Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • At least 5 years of solid HR generalist working experience in a multinational manufacturing company with 200+ employees.
  • Recruiting, employee relations, and payroll experience are must-haves.
  • Experience in employee engagement activities is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge in China labor law.
  • Good command of HR processes, such as hiring, exit, and performance management.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel formulas, including if, vlookup, and pivot.
  • ISO 9001 knowledge.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Well-organized, structured approach for problem-solving with carefulness, fairness, and integrity mindset.
