Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team at Zebra. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees by answering their questions and resolving their issues related to HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees' questions and concerns
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HR processes and policies to provide accurate information
  • Receive and respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior HR staff as needed
  • Collaborate with payroll and subject matter experts to resolve employee problems
  • Document all interactions with employees in real-time
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with senior HR staff to implement changes
  • Manage employee records and perform data audits
  • Prepare required documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide rewards administration support for company benefits programs
  • Accurately and timely prepare employee payroll data
  • Support internal and external audits as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an automated customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing questions
  • Professional and friendly attitude with ability to develop rapport with employees
  • Ability to independently execute an action plan following documented policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to assess employee issues and apply the appropriate procedure or policy
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • English compulsory and other languages a plus
