Job Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR business partner to the Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive business growth and success. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company’s overall strategy. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance and support to the Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams on various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, and learning & development.
• Partner closely with the HR COE team to achieve the goals set in the Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams talent strategy, covering organization design, succession planning, talent development, culture & engagement, and change management interventions when needed.
• Serve as a trusted employee advisor to mid & junior level employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Work with the COE, GBS, and HBS teams on the delivery & implementation of HR core processes, including coaching sessions, OHS team report analysis, and employee life cycle management.
• Design and implement function’s Capability Building Programs, lead capability gaps diagnosis, and implement customized functional workshops per business needs.
• Facilitate career-related workshops, including the education of career philosophy, growth model, leadership framework, and provide career counseling when needed.
• Support HRD to develop and implement key talent strategies to meet the business as well as talent development needs, and work with functional leadership teams to frame out the manpower needs to support business growth.
• Fine-tune the org design and facilitate talent movements when needed, and partner with TA to design and implement talent pipeline strategy, strategically buy right talents from the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English.
• Solid know-how related to HR general topics, Performance Management & Measurement, Organization Development, Employee & labor relations & Labor Law, Employee Advocacy & Communication, Staffing & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Culture & Engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Good business acumen, customer-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exhibits a ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges, problem-solver.
