Overview

As a key member of the PepsiCo team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing HR initiatives for the Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams. Your primary focus will be on providing recurring HR core processes support, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management, learning & development.

You will partner closely with the HR COE team to achieve the goals set in the Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams talent strategy, covering org design, succession planning, talent development, culture & engagement, as well as change management interventions when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree, preferably with a Master's, and possess fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English. They should also have solid know-how related to HR general topics, Performance Management & Measurement, Organization Development, Employee & labor relations & Labor Law, Employee Advocacy & Communication, Staffing & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Culture & Engagement.

Your responsibilities will include working with COE, GBS and HBS teams on the delivery & implementation of HR core processes. This will involve delivering coaching sessions to employees throughout the whole PMP cycle (incl. Objective Setting, MYR, Year End, Career Conversation). You will also coach team leaders on OHS team report analysis, generate insights for improvement areas and facilitate OHS workshops to generate functional-level action plans; provide guidance and advices to taskforce teams throughout the implementation stage. Additionally, you will provide strong support to HRD in delivering Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams PPP session, work with TR team on focal and mid-year cycle nominations and own end to end process management, and work with GBS and HBS teams on employee life cycle management, job evaluation and other routine HR processes.

In this role, you will also work with COE team to build up the learning culture while equip talents with the required capabilities/skills through different capability building and talent development programs. This will involve promoting the learning culture through the local deployment of different global projects, PEP U DEGREED, Marketing Knowledge Center, designing and implementing function's Capability Building Programs, leading capability gaps diagnosis, and implementing the customized functional workshops per business needs. You will also facilitate career-related workshops including the education of career philosophy, growth model, leadership framework - Great 5, etc., and provide career counseling when needed.

Furthermore, you will work with HRD and internal/external stakeholders to optimize organization development and talent development practices. This will involve supporting HRD to develop and implement key talent strategies to meet the business as well as talent development needs, supporting yearly AOP planning, working with functional leadership team to frame out the manpower needs to support the business growth, fine-tuning the org design and facilitating the talent movements when needed, partnering with TA to design & implement talent pipeline strategy, strategically buying right talents from market, facilitating Foods Category Team and 2 Foods HQ Sales Teams team culture meetings/townhalls to enhance internal communication and team engagement, coaching people leaders to address employee relationship cases and performance issues in line with labor law, local regulations and company policies & procedures, and executing ad-hoc projects per assignment such as Future Leaders program including assessment, placement, development; HK internship program, etc.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
