Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner for Talent Development and Strategy will play a key role in shaping the company's future by identifying and developing critical HR metrics, needs for change management, and championing related activities.
This position requires a proactive partner who can collaborate effectively with business leaders, TA teams, HR consultants, and COE teams to understand talent needs, create a vision for talent strategy, and develop diverse talent pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university; Master in Business Administration preferred
- 8 years HR domain experience with at least one specialized domain (C&B; OD; TD; ER; TA)
- Multinational company experience (+2 years), healthcare industry preferred
- Support multiple functions experience (R&D, Commercial, corporate functions)
- Solid project experience as core member or team lead: HR transformation; Re-org; COE project design&roll out; M&A; Strategic planning, etc.
- Effective communication and strong stakeholder influencing skills
- Strategic mindset and nimble learning
- Agility and collaboration
