Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner for Talent Development and Strategy will play a key role in shaping the company's future by identifying and developing critical HR metrics, needs for change management, and championing related activities.

This position requires a proactive partner who can collaborate effectively with business leaders, TA teams, HR consultants, and COE teams to understand talent needs, create a vision for talent strategy, and develop diverse talent pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university; Master in Business Administration preferred
  • 8 years HR domain experience with at least one specialized domain (C&B; OD; TD; ER; TA)
  • Multinational company experience (+2 years), healthcare industry preferred
  • Support multiple functions experience (R&D, Commercial, corporate functions)
  • Solid project experience as core member or team lead: HR transformation; Re-org; COE project design&roll out; M&A; Strategic planning, etc.
  • Effective communication and strong stakeholder influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset and nimble learning
  • Agility and collaboration
