Senior Human Resources Coordinator

At Hyatt Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the efficient running of our department. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

About the Role

This position involves assisting in the recruitment process, ensuring that all hiring practices meet the highest standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating HR-related tasks, providing administrative support to the team, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination;
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration, performance management, and employee onboarding;
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases;
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in human resources or a related field;
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software applications;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
