About the Role:

Stryker (Shanghai) Healthcare Products Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in cultivating a positive and productive organizational culture, driving talent development, and ensuring the success of our business in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, HRBP to design and implement initiatives that foster a Great Place to Work in China, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute key programs aligned with China's HR strategy, including High Potential (HiPo) and sales enablement programs.
  • Lead internal HR communication, including monthly newsletters, and engagement surveys to ensure effective communication and employee feedback.
  • Build strong partnerships with managers to provide effective HR resources and support, driving business success and organizational development.
  • Undertake assigned projects to contribute to organizational development and success, serving as a subject-matter expert to managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree and above.
  • Effective management of multiple large initiatives, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and provide insight based on data, designing and implementing plans, programs, and initiatives across complex organizations and multi-site geographies.
  • Fluent Chinese and English, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, with excellent communication skills, planning, presentation, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with no travel required.
