About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Ltd. as an HR Consultant Pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to handle employee lifecycle management, ensuring a consistent people experience and equipping them with knowledge on people topics.
  • Provide expert consultation on various HR topics, including performance management, talent management, and employee relations, to support business success and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement HR strategies according to a defined framework, such as PLP and HF, to drive cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and provide feedback on HR policy and process design.
  • Act as a key player in local projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in an HR generalist or consulting role, with a minimum of 1 year at a multinational company.
  • Familiarity with several HR modules, including recruiting, workforce planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Project roll-out experience in HRIS or HR COE is a plus.
  • Solid HR professional knowledge and techniques.
  • Effective communication and consultation skills.
