Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Lilly.

Key Responsibilities:

Government and Policy

  • Stay up-to-date on labor issues and regulations
  • Collaborate with legal teams to maintain knowledge of labor regulations

Employee Relations Programs Development and Implementation

  • Design and implement employee communication programs to address concerns
  • Develop and implement the Employee Ambassador Program to foster a culture of 'Speak up' & 'Listen up'

Grievance Management

  • Track and manage employee complaints
  • Facilitate resolution of inquiries/concerns

Performance Management - PIP

  • Develop and maintain a consistent PIP protocol
  • Collaborate with managers to detect potential PIP and provide timely consultation
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on PIP process
  • Monitor PIP progress and manage exit processes if needed

Partnership in BP Process/Org restructure

  • Collaborate with managers and BP teams to communicate redundancy to employees
  • Partner with managers and BP teams in employee notification processes

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years of experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field; experience in BP or leadership coaching is a plus
