Job Title: Associate Human Resources Manager

At Stryker (Shanghai) Healthcare Products Co. Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Associate Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for cultivating an engaged organizational culture, developing and executing key programs aligned with China's HR strategy, and providing effective HR resources to managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate an engaged organizational culture by designing and implementing initiatives for a Great Place to Work in China.
  • Develop and execute key programs aligned with China's HR strategy, including High Potential (HiPo) and sales enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver sales enablement programs and support activities to enhance sales and marketing team capabilities.
  • Lead internal HR communication, including monthly newsletters, and lead engagement surveys, such as Q12 and Pulse.
  • Build strong partnerships with managers to provide effective HR resources and undertake assigned projects to contribute to organizational development and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree and above.
  • Effective with managing multiple large initiatives and balancing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and provide insight based on data.
  • Ability to design, implement, and execute plans, programs, and initiatives across complex organizations and multi-site geographies.
  • Fluent Chinese and English, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure.
