Job Summary

This role reports to the VP - Asia and is responsible for all aspects of PSG's Human Resources policies, objectives, initiatives, and talent management for the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic business partner to VP- Asia and Asia leadership team.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to build the organization's goals and strategy related to talent, recruiting, and retention.
  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, employee engagement, and training and development.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 10 years related experience; with 5-7 years successful managerial experience; or equivalent successful combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detailed understanding of labor law legislation across the countries that the role supports.
  • Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
  • Global and Cultural Effectiveness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and evaluation as well as conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
