Job Description

Bureau Veritas Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business excellence and organizational growth.

About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in building a sustainable organization, fostering a positive employee experience, and promoting a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and fair treatment of employees.
  • Identifying skill gaps and creating strategies to fill them through talent development initiatives such as training courses and mentorship programs.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Managing employee relations, performance management, and retention efforts to maintain a healthy and engaged workforce.
Key Interfaces

The Human Resources Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including:

  • China HR Team, including COE team and operational team.
  • Site GM/Operations Manager/SUB Leaders.
  • Site HR team.
  • Division HR team.
  • Legal/Finance/Government Relations.
  • M&A/MOU Team.
  • Others.
Scope and Supported Size

This role covers 9 sites with over 1100 operation employees, providing a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in a multinational or regionally diverse environment is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/SF systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with local and international employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
