At Stryker (Shanghai) Healthcare Products Co. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our organizational culture development initiatives in China. As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with our Senior Manager, HRBP to cultivate an engaged organizational culture that drives business results.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement initiatives to foster a Great Place to Work in China, aligning with our company's values and goals.
  • Manage culture-related activities, including program development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver sales enablement programs, enhancing sales and marketing team capabilities.
  • Lead internal HR communication, including monthly newsletters and engagement surveys, to ensure effective HR resource utilization.
  • Undertake assigned projects to contribute to organizational development and success, serving as a subject-matter expert to managers.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges, provide insights based on data, and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
