Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role that requires a seasoned professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work closely with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the development and implementation of initiatives that foster a positive work environment and promote the company's goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR insights and solutions to support business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on performance improvement and career development.
  • Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and employee engagement programs.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leaders.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a strategic partnership or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working with HR systems and software, such as Workday or ADP.
