The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services to assigned business units, with a focus on talent management, performance improvement, and culture enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement business-driven HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to improve workforce productivity, retention, and overall business performance.
- Provide expertise in recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Foster open communication, build trust, and promote a positive work environment through active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for process improvements.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, or a related field, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives, improving employee engagement, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and coach managers and employees at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices.
