Sierra Healthineers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team in the role of Talent Management Expert. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders to design and implement effective talent management programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address talent gaps, and develop targeted interventions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee capabilities and promote career development.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management, and apply this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist or consulting roles, with a minimum of 1 year in a multinational corporation.
  • Familiarity with several HR major modules, including recruiting, workforce planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Project roll-out experience in HRIS or HR COE is a plus.
  • Solid HR professional knowledge and techniques, as well as effective communication and consultation skills.
