About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team in China. As a key member of our EH&S services group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and developing business opportunities.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement EH&S strategies to support business growth and expansion in the Asia region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions that meet or exceed project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive business development and service delivery.
  • Lead and participate in sales activities, including proposal development, bid management, and client presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on EH&S matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in EH&S services.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in EH&S consulting or related field, preferably in a global environmental consultancy.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and growing business revenue.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EH&S regulations and standards, particularly in the Asia region.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or public health.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is RMB 250,000 - RMB 350,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Arcadis offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, pension scheme, and paid annual leave.
