As part of our global team, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional value through our market research and insights.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Senior Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and managing assigned key clients to achieve high client satisfaction
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends and consumer behavior
- Developing and executing business plans to drive growth and revenue for our clients
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of our services and solutions.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the market research industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
