Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Senior Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and managing assigned key clients to achieve high client satisfaction
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends and consumer behavior
  • Developing and executing business plans to drive growth and revenue for our clients

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of our services and solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the market research industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
