Job Overview

The Customer Success Team at SAS seeks a Customer Success Manager to manage accounts in China, driving adoption, increasing consumption, and retaining customers through programmatic approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong customer advocates across the organization, enabling you to become a trusted advisor.
  • Lead customer communications and conflict resolution, jointly defining success with customers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive adoption plans using content, events, email, social media, and campaigns.
  • Build reports and analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Monitor customer success through metrics and other measurements.
  • Understand SAS products and services to help customers adopt and leverage software to meet their goals.
  • Discover opportunities for additional software, services, education, and references, directing leads accordingly.
  • Introduce new software versions to existing customers, tracking satisfaction levels and discovering revenue opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales, business partner relationship development, or technical functions within the technology industry.
  • IT or software-driven technical background with customer-facing experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, demonstrate influence, and lead customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of SAS technology, architecture, products, solutions, and services is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies is desirable.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
