We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Consultant to join our team. As an integral part of our customer support function, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless maintenance and upgrades of our systems.
Role OverviewThis position offers a unique opportunity for someone with a strong IT background to grow professionally and take on new challenges. As a Customer Services Consultant, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to provide world-class support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and transfer
- Provide expert-level support to customers through various communication channels
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance to optimize overall efficiency
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A master's degree (or equivalent by experience) with a solid foundation in IT
- Excellent professional communication skills in English
- A passionate problem-solving attitude with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Friendly and communicative nature, with excellent teamwork and listening skills
- Ability to work in a structured environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German)
- Experience in supply chain or production planning
- Previous work experience in customer services, including SLAs and ticket tracking systems
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- An attractive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
