Role Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with a strong IT background to grow professionally and take on new challenges. As a Customer Services Consultant, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to provide world-class support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and transfer
  • Provide expert-level support to customers through various communication channels
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system performance to optimize overall efficiency
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A master's degree (or equivalent by experience) with a solid foundation in IT
  • Excellent professional communication skills in English
  • A passionate problem-solving attitude with the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Friendly and communicative nature, with excellent teamwork and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a structured environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Bonus Points
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German)
  • Experience in supply chain or production planning
  • Previous work experience in customer services, including SLAs and ticket tracking systems
