About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Services group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, German).
- Interest in supply chain planning or production planning.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a solid understanding of service level agreements and ticket tracking systems.
