Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Cruise Sales and Services Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for providing cruise ticket booking sales and services to direct guests through phone, email, and online chat. You will need to have good communication skills, be able to listen carefully and patiently to guests, quickly understand customer needs, and provide travel solutions.

You will also be responsible for successfully booking and receiving payment from customers through efficient communication while maintaining a high level of service and completing sales targets. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in mastering and completing the company's internal operational processes.

Financial Package

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements
  • Proficient in using OFFICE software, telephone systems, and booking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with guests through phone, email, and online chat tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Familiarity with complex promotional schemes and ability to provide customers with the best travel packages and plans.
  • Basic financial knowledge and ability to independently solve reconciliation, refund, invoice, and other related issues for guests.
Qualifications
  • College degree or above, preferably in tourism-related majors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct sales contact center, preferably selling overseas travel products.
  • Preference given to those with customer service experience on social media platforms like Alibaba, Fliggy, Redbook, TikTok, or enterprise WeChat.
  • Fluent in standard Mandarin, clear pronunciation, no regional accent, and approachable.
  • Reading and writing English skills at or above CET-4 level, good oral communication ability in English preferred.
