Strategic Video Sales Expert

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Video Sales Expert to join our team in driving adoption of Amazon's STV offering with advertisers. As a Principal GPM-Video Sales Specialist, you will work closely with account and GTM teams to develop strategies and solutions that meet the objectives of our advertising customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling STV and/or linear TV both directly and programmatically. They should also have a strong knowledge of the STV landscape, experience negotiating and closing upfronts, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing tailored industry strategies within assigned verticals
- Partnering with LCS and Vertical Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes
- Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive Upfront and annual commitments
- Working with account and GTM teams to develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Amazon's STV offering with advertisers
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
This role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
