GCR Devices Senior Sales Expert

The GCR Devices Senior Sales Expert will be responsible for leading sales through retailers, distributors, and mobile operators of all Devices & Creativity products – M365, Windows Consumer, Surface, and Accessories. You'll work closely with channel partners to provide sales leadership by transforming their business models and providing operational support expertise to drive Microsoft's strategy and enable the partner to grow their business.
About the Role- Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience

In this role, you'll analyze site metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. You'll also conduct in-depth data analysis on sales and marketing operations, including the marketing funnel and ROI by tactic, to produce actionable insights that enhance customer journey.
You'll collaborate with sales teams, category leads, and marketing teams to create engaging offers and experiences tailored to key customer segments. Additionally, you'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure e-commerce strategies align with broader business objectives.
