Senior Sales Professional for China Mass-Market Business

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to lead our China Mass-Market business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market trends and applications, developing new business opportunities, and managing distributors' resources to drive demand creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth understanding of Central China Mass-Market, especially for industrial applications.
- Identify new market trends and applications to develop new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage distributors' resources to drive demand creation.
- Direct cover broad market-focused customers to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, FAE, AE, and distributors to achieve New Customer, Pipeline, Design In/Win, and Revenue goals.
- Dig out potential customers and develop them into PSK customers.
- Work closely with product line teams to convince them to support new product definitions.
- Manage inventory and supply chain.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 3 years of sales experience for China Mass-Market business or distributor management in Semiconductor companies.
- Ability to work under pressure internally and with customers.
- Strong teamwork capability to resist pressure and solve critical issues.
- To be ambitious and results-driven with a focus on achieving higher goals and tackling tougher challenges.
- Fluent written and oral English for business purposes.
- Self-motivation, result-orientation, and a fast-paced work environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to drive business growth and influence distributors' resources.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
