This role is responsible for providing indirect procurement category management support to the Edrington China business, focusing on Marketing Service categories, including POSM & Visibility, ATL/BTL. As a key business partner, you'll engage with marketing and commercial functions to drive satisfaction while ensuring compliance with procurement standards and strategies.

Make an Impact

  • Build strong connections with key business partners to manage needs and expectations, driving satisfaction and compliance.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand local business context and build project pipelines with significant saving potential.
  • Support Procurement team in developing strategy and implementation plans for agencies category (POSM & Visibility, Marketing ATL/BTL) in China, aligning with global, regional, and local strategies and business needs.
  • Assess suppliers' ability to deliver and maintain a competitive vendor pool of high quality and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with regional and local trends to assist stakeholders in their existing needs and provide innovative ideas for efficient marketing spends.
  • Manage interactions with organizations supplying services to the company, including relationship building, data review and analysis, performance management, development, improvement, and innovation.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant industrial and global/regional procurement best practices.

Your Talent and Skills

  • Strong financial acumen, with budget setting and adherence being paramount.
  • Prior experience in POSM & Visibility-IMO, ATL or BTL, Procurement project management is essential.
  • Demonstrated capability of key stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and process management, especially in marketing services.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
