Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive business value and improve supplier relationships
  • Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing and procurement activities, including RFX, contract negotiation, and supplier management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in procurement processes and strategies

Requirements



  • Advanced degree in business, economics, finance, procurement, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a strategic procurement role
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable savings and improving procurement processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in a global matrix structure and managing teams in a similar size
