Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and making product recommendations.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards by ensuring products are displayed in a way that meets company guidelines.
- Fulfill cash handling responsibilities, including operating a cash register and processing transactions accurately.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently, resolving any customer concerns promptly.
- Cheerful and stylish demeanor, with strong communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.
- Competitive hourly rate: ¥30.00 per hour.
