Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at The Qt Company. This role involves receiving calls from potential customers and making cold calls to new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. You will work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the evaluation and opening of source leads to convert to solid business opportunities
  • Drive inbound and outbound calls to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
  • Support marketing events to identify and follow up on leads from the events
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Rout qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with Qt's products and services
  • Monitor and trace leads transferred to account managers and close leads that are easy to close
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Assist the regional sales head to manage the forecast in Salesforce
  • Prefers experience in software sales

Requirements

  • Field/inside sales experience is required
  • Experience in handling technology software products is preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
