Industrial Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, including generating new leads and converting assigned sales leads.
- Develop and Maintain Customer Focus List: Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to develop and maintain a customer focus list, identifying key customers and business opportunities.
- Identify Solutions for Customer Needs: Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify solutions for customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those needs.
- Generate New Leads and Convert Sales Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and convert assigned sales leads into sales.
- Execute Customer Visits and Industry Events: Conduct customer visits and participate in industry events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain Customer Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow customer loyalty, including regular customer interaction and visits.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.
- Document Activities: Document all sales activities and customer interactions in relevant TR IT tools.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of English (B1 Intermediate), fluent in area language, further language welcome but not required.
- Technical Skills: User knowledge in MS Office.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, with 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales or related area.
- Consultative Sales: 5-10 years of professional experience in Sales or related area, with pronounced technical comprehension in the field or related area.
