About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead and manage the implementation of our commercial strategy at key customers.

As a seasoned professional in Key Account Management, you will be responsible for developing short and mid-term customer strategies aligned with our national sales policy.

You will implement national price strategies and establish customer pricing accordingly. You will also collect and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and negotiate deals with key customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our National Trade Marketing Manager to develop in-store visibility plans and agree on budget allocation with customers.

You will continuously track and adjust volume and profitability targets using existing sales reports and prepare success stories for executed plans.

A strong network of contacts and trade relationships is essential, as well as experience in buying roles and force management.

This role requires excellent analytical and negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and presentation skills. Travel will be approximately 20-30%.
