About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Technology Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Technology Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to drive the adoption of sales technology solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to drive the adoption of sales technology solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales technology strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales technology solutions, including Salesforce and other sales platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales technology trends and best practices to ensure our solutions are innovative and effective.

  • Strong technical leadership skills and experience in sales technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales platforms.
