Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key interface between the Service Center and customers from diverse countries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and have a customer-centric approach.

About the Job

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers, asset vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage customer orders, including confirmation, modification, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with export rules for controlled products and prepare export licenses as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve shipping and price discrepancies.
  • Analyze and escalate customer complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in English, with fluency in speaking and writing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus.
