Job Summary

This role involves supporting all property operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a liaison between guests and staff, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Provides guidance and direction to team members, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
  • Assists in the interviewing and hiring process, identifying the right candidates with the necessary skills.
  • Cultivates a positive work environment, fostering open communication, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to lead by example, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

You will also need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field. Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major is required.

A strong understanding of emergency procedures, including accident response, fire safety, and loss prevention policies, is also essential.

Your salary will be approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience.
