Job Title: Senior Medical Science Liaison Expert (Endocrinology)Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Medical Science Liaison Expert (MSLE) to join our endocrinology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top-level thought leaders in the therapeutic area, providing high-quality scientific communications, and contributing to new product or indication launches.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sr. Manager-MSL Expert has comprehensive update knowledge on TA, engaging top level TLs via customer-focused and high-quality scientific communications.
  • Contribute solidly to new product or indication launch, especially in TL mapping and TL engagement strategy generation.
  • Lead annual MSL plan as stipulated in the integrated country medical affairs plan.
  • Support TA head to collect internal insights, interpret medical strategy to team and cross-functional stakeholders with business mindset.
  • Plan and track individual TL engagement activities, synthesizing TL insights.
  • Propose MSL working process excellence needs and act on it.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain trustful scientific relationship between Bayer and medical societies.
Requirements:
  • Master Degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine relevant, MD, PhD preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic area.
  • Understanding of clinical trial design and rationale.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive work-relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently, a demonstrated self-starter and driver results.
  • Ability to assume leadership and mentor roles.
  • Demonstrated business insights and strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skill.
  • Fluent English in literature reading.
  • Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Bayer offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
